Amateur and not well done at that level. It is a self published work and lacking in multiple areas. Recipes look like copies of basic recipes found on a random Internet search. What is included lacks creativity such as make oatmeal and include banana and almond in it. The benefits of a plant based diet receives a better explanation from Wikipedia. (I checked). If you were considering going on a plant based diet, this book would be a bland turn off! My fault for not investigating the author’s credentials or noticing it was self published. There are far better books available and you would be wise to chose something else!

this is a well written book with recipes varied in appeal and ethnicity. i look foreward to trying many of them. however, i am reading on Kindle. in this format none of the charts,tips or whatever was printed on those pages was readable. indeed hardly visable. i am sure there was lot's of information totally missing. maybe it deserved less than four stars but it does have potential. when you fix this huge error please send me a new book. this is me, holding my breath. Thanks
